Buyer safety

Play safe with OmniChess

Remodeled fair-play guidance for OmniChess members. Read each rule, keep your footprint human, and use Profile Analysis before you climb hard.

1

Use a fresh Chrome profile after every ban

Chess.com fingerprints your Chrome profile and can re-ban it on sight. After a ban, always start from a brand-new browser profile.

2

Play on the oldest account you have

Established accounts draw far less suspicion than fresh ones. Prefer an aged account whenever you can.

3

New account? Climb gradually

Don't blitz placement games to land at 2000. Rise slowly, game by game, so your progress looks like a real player improving.

4

No other suggestion extensions

OmniChess uses methods Chess.com doesn't track the same way. Other assistant extensions don't — running them alongside gets you flagged.

5

Don't always play the top engine move

Blasting the best move at full strength every time is an obvious pattern. Vary your play and stay human.

6

Track your fair-play score

OmniChess Profile Analysis shows how detectable you look and guides you on staying under the radar. Check it regularly while you climb.
